Returns are accepted on unopened and unused product only. Returns on oils, Incense and wax melts will be weighed, counted and checked for any alterations. Any all shipping charge will be deducted from the final refund.Any custom work on a license plate will forfeit the chance for a return, We sent you and approval and you accepted. If you did not respond within 24 hours off approval it is considered approved.
