Whenyou order you will receive a cluster that has been professionally rebuilt using only the highest quality components and it will be programmed to your exactmileage.

Ifyour speedometer display is sometimes blank, sometimes works normally, thenthis is the part that needs to be replaced. Any shop can replace this part, aswell as most shade-tree mechanics.
How the exchange service works:
1. Order this item and complete the transaction throughpaypal.
2. Send me a message with your mileage and the year of yourvehicle. If your vehicle is 2006, please verify that the odometer is onthe RIGHT side of the display, as shown in the photo above. If it is on the LEFT side, then see my other listing for \"Rebuilt 2004-2006 Prius Instrument Cluster Combination meter Speedometer\"
3. I will ship your rebuilt cluster with the mileage youspecify.
4. When you mail meyour defective speedometer I will then refund $70.00** of your purchase via the same method you used to place the order. Your total cost will then be is $99.
To receive a corerefund of $70 your cluster must be packaged properly and circuit board/displaymust not be physically damaged. A cluster with a prior repair attempt MAY beacceptable, depending on how much damage was done. Please send old unit to mewith a tracking number, as your tracking number is proof of your shipment and ourreceipt. *Lifetime Warranty is activated by sending me your old unit. *Lifetime Warranty covers only the SAME blank screen issue, and means that this unit is guaranteed to never go blank again, but if it does, it will be repaired or replaced.
95 percent of Fuelgauge issues are due to a defect in the sensor in the fuel tank, not a fault in the cluster.
PLEASE be very careful when handling thespeedometer. The glass display isextremely fragile and is under a high vacuum. Any rough handling can break theseal, allowing air to enter and destroy the display. This cannot be fixed except by replacing theentire glass display. Broken displaysare NOT covered under warranty but I can replace them for a fee if returned. If you send me a core with a broken screen, I cannot refund you the core value, as it is usable as a core. This applies whether itwas shippedbroken or broken in transit, so PLEASE be package the core carefully to avoid breakage in transit.

**The core refund was increased from $50 to $70 on 11/16/23. Purchases prior to 5PM EST on 11/16 paid a $50 core and will receive a $50 core refund. Purchases after 5PM on 11/16 paid a $70 core charge (built in to the price) and will receive a $70 core refund. The change is due to the high number of people who fail to return the core units.
