To fit 1968 to 1973 Nissan Datsun 510 Minor Front shock modification required for 1968 to 7/ 1971 models you need to add approx. a 7/8th spacer From 8/ 1971 to 1973 you need to add approx. a 1.1/8th inch metal spacer. For spacers Any piece of metal pipe with correct diameter that fits in the strut housing will do it.We recommend 1.277 in innerdiameter and no more than 1.5in. outer Diameter.The rears are bolt on no mods required.(The rear shocks Will NOT fit WAGON models) .
