Fitment Notes

- 2013 and newer models: some factory wheels with non-removable center caps or reduced inner diameter may not clear the new hub — verify OE wheel compatibility or plan to use aftermarket wheels before ordering

The Yukon YA WU-13 Spin Free Locking Hub Conversion Kit is a comprehensive front hub upgrade engineered for 2012–2018 Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 single rear wheel 4WD trucks with the Chrysler 9.25\" front axle. The kit eliminates the factory sealed unit bearings — a known weak point on these trucks that is expensive and time-consuming to replace — converting the front hubs to a traditional tapered roller bearing design that is easier and more economical to service. Timken bearings and races provide precise, durable load handling with a wider bearing spread than the factory unit bearing arrangement.
Also included are Yukon 4340 chromoly outer stub axles to replace the factory units, and Yukon Hardcore low-profile premium locking hubs that allow the front wheels to spin freely in 2WD — disconnecting the front driveshaft from rotation and reducing parasitic drivetrain drag for improved fuel economy. This kit fits single rear wheel models only and will not fit dually Ram 3500 trucks. Factory ABS is fully compatible. For 2013 and newer trucks, verify that your factory wheels have removable center caps and sufficient inner diameter clearance before ordering, as some OE wheels may not clear the new hub assembly.
