SHIPPING:
We ship every Business Day, we ship within two business days of the item purchased and the payment being cleared. We do not ship on the weekends or on holidays. We ship with either FedEx Ground or USPS first class or priority mail depending on the location and the package size. It may take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days. Tracking is always updated as soon as the item ships and you can track your shipment right from the page.
MESSAGE RESPONSES:
Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM we will respond to your messages as soon as possible and should be within five minutes. After hours or on weekends we will still respond to messages but there may be a delay in response times as these are our days off. RETURN POLICY:
As stated in the listing description we do not accept returns from items ordered by mistake or minds being changed. As most of the items we sell are very large and often times the shipping cost One Direction exceeds the sale price of that item. Most of our items shipping cost is included in the sale. If we ever send you the wrong item or if the item arrived damaged we will always take care of this issue just please reach out and let us know. Sometimes we can make exceptions to returns but the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost and will not be refunded the initial shipping cost that it took for us to send it as there is no way for us to get that amount back. Our new old stock (NOS) Or a takeoff, which means it was taken off of a machine when the machine was purchased, has less than 1 mile.
USED-This item was previously used but is in great working condition without any mechanical issues, any flaws it may have will be listed in the listings description.
FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING-
Some parts are not working and are sold for parts only. Some parts we are unable to test so we have no way of knowing if they are good or bad therefore we will list them for parts are not working so that you are aware of the condition.
