Genuine OEM Kawasaki engine crankcase set / left and right crankcase halves removed from a 2006 Kawasaki KX250 2-stroke.
IMPORTANT: THESE CASES HAVE DAMAGE TO THE STATOR MOUNTING BOLT HOLES AND REQUIRE REPAIR. PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION AND REVIEW ALL PHOTOS BEFORE PURCHASING.
One stator mounting bolt hole has a piece of the aluminum casting broken off, while another mounting hole has been drilled off-center / not square.
These cases are being sold as a repair project for someone capable of performing aluminum case repairs and restoring the damaged mounting points.
Priced at $250 to reflect the damage and repairs needed. Comparable undamaged crankcase sets have sold for $600 or more.

• Crankcase mating surfaces, bearing bores, and threaded holes have not been professionally measured
• Any installed bearings and seals are used, with unknown remaining service life

2. A second stator mounting bolt hole has been drilled incorrectly and is not square.
THESE ISSUES WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED BEFORE THE CASES CAN BE PUT BACK INTO SERVICE.
Repair may involve aluminum welding, machining, thread restoration, or other specialized work.
Repairability has NOT been professionally evaluated or guaranteed.
Buyer is responsible for determining whether these cases can be repaired safely and economically.
Crankcase alignment, bearing bores, sealing surfaces, and overall structural integrity should be inspected by a qualified engine machinist before assembly.
Any included bearings and seals are USED, included as-is, and NOT guaranteed to be serviceable.
