Returns only allowed for defective items. Please contact us before you send it back. Refund or a replacement will be issued after you CONTACT us and send us the proof of the damage (Picture OR the actual item returned). There will be ABSOLUTELY no refunds or replacements before you canprove us that the item is defective.
The items will be shipped next BUSINESS day. Friday orders will be shipped on MONDAY.
Now International shipping comes with tracking. If you would like to upgrade it to a faster shipping, that is also available. Please understand that some countries do not provide tracking service to the items shipped from USA. If the item gets lost in the countries like that, you will have to talk to your local post office and we can not be held responsible for items lost while outside United States.
If you need more of them than what is available, please contact us and we will make more.Also, if you have a design you want to print, please contact us and we can do custom orders (It will take more than a one business day turnaround time for custom orders. This also depend on our workload, we might need to refuse some orders or as for extra turnaround time)Please come back periodically to check on new items. We have been selling on since 2009 but since we opened this store as a more \"specialized store\" we have limits on how much and how many items we can list per month.
