Gemballa's most extreme conversion for the 997 Porsche 911 Turbo is the Avalanche GTR 800 EVO-R. To increase the power, Gemballa has increased displacement to 3.8-liters and replaced the stock turbochargers with Garret T035 units. New heads, crankshaft, and upgraded connecting rods were added as well. The result is 850 horsepower and 690 lb-ft torque.
To handle all that power, Gemballa has added an H&R coilover suspension system, adjustable front and rear anti-sway bars, and 19-inch wheels with Yokohama AVS Sport tires.
The appearance of the GTR800 EVO-R is just as radical as its performance upgrades. Gemballa adds a new front and rear fascia, front hood, headlights, and a carbon fiber front splitter and rear wing.
