PAYMENT

RETURNS

• Return for refund is available up to 30 days after delivery.
• Item must be returned in factory new packaged and resalable condition.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any associated fees.

• All returns must be handled on and submitted by the account that purchased the item.
• Unless otherwise authorized, returns outside or without pre-approval will be rejected and returned to the shipper.

WARRANTY

• We will only replace warrantied items. No refund will be given.
• A warranty inspection requires returning the item to the manufacturer.
• Replacement will be issued if the item is found defective.
• Our warranty does not cover damages due to transportation, installation, modification or any forms of misuse of our products.
• The warranty is not transferrable and thus valid to the original buyer only.
