These straps aremanufacturedwith 2" material around the tire and 4" material over the top, with 3SPOTS where the winch strap can go through the top strapand 3 SPOTS where the cinch strap can go throughthe front strap with the flat hook. With these easy adjustments you can tow cars with wheels from 13" to 18". There is a winch strap on 1 end and a heavy duty 2" flat hook on the other end.
