You are purchasing a new Streamliner Style Riders Floorboard and Control kit that will fit all 1997 & Newer Touring models. Included are the 2 Riders Floorboards, Rear Brake Pedal Pad and 2 Shifter Pegs. Styled to match the rider footboards on the Street Glide and Road Glide Custom models, these Swept Wing Passenger Footboards feature a Streamliner-style rubber pad surrounded by a chrome accent. The riders floorboards are chrome plated underneath. The brake pedal pad and shifter pegs complete the Streamliner design upgrade. Note: The riders floorboards do not include mounting hardware.If you are wanting to add matching passenger floorboards, we have a kit that includes them also. Both of these kits cost less than if you purchased everything individually.
PAYMENT POLICY
We require immediate payment on all fixed price items. We require payment within 24 hours on all Accepted Offers and sale style items.
Please note: The item that you purchased is not reserved until the item is paid for. Sales Tax is collected for all states which require internet sales tax collection.
shipping & returns
SHIPPING: Once you purchase an item, the order is uploaded to our system on the Next Business day which includes Monday-Friday, except for national holidays. We will generate a tracking number at the time the item is in transit to or has been picked up by the carrier. Kits that require custom assembly usually show longer handling times. Free shipping is for addresses in the Lower 48 U.S.A. States Only. We do not ship large packages to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipment errors that are caused by an incorrect address being supplied to us by the buyer are not our responsibility and the cost to reship the item and the ongoing delay of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We use the Global Shipping Program for International Shipping. Once you purchase an item, we ship the item Free to \'s Global Shipping warehouse located in Kentucky. then forwards the item to your location. Shipping costs to your location, including any import fees and taxes are determined and collected by at the time of purchase.
Our handling times average anywhere from 1 to 30 business days depending on the item purchased and are shown in each items shipping section. Custom kits usually require additional information from the buyer before we can start to assemble the item for the customer.
Business Days do not include weekends and Holidays.
RETURNS:
We will accept returns of new items purchased that have not been installed, are in the original package, that are complete and are resell able as new. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective and Must contact us prior to shipping the item back for a Return Authorization number. Any return must be done within 30 Business days of delivery. Refunds will be completed within 3 Business days after received.
On new defective products or if we made a shipping mistake, we will provide you a shipping label to return the item. Once we receive the item back, we will then ship out a replacement for it. You can ask us to send you a replacement item before we receive the original item back by giving us a valid credit card number to hold as a security deposit until the return has been completed. International buyers cannot be provided with return labels so we will reimburse them for return shipping after an estimated cost is received and agreed to by us.
With any type of return, you must begin the return through your account. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number at that time and shipping instructions. The RA number must be written on the outside of the box for identification. It is important that you include a note inside the package as to what is wrong with the item and if you want a replacement, store credit or refund. If we owe you any return shipping cost then we must have a copy of the postage receipt sent to us for reimbursement. It is suggested that you send us the return shipping tracking number through messaging so we can track it as well.
All Manufacturers warranties cover their item only and do not cover labor or return shipping. We will not provide full refunds on items that (1) have been installed (2) are not in the original packaging (3) are damaged or (4) are missing included accessories and not complete. Please contact us thru messaging with any questions.

If you are unhappy with our product or service then please make sure to contact us via either email or phone and let us do what we can to make things right BEFORE you leave negative / neutral response. All issues can be resolved without leaving negative marks. If negative is left for us then we will be unable to do business with that buyer in the future.

Hill Country Custom Cycles has been in business since 2002 and offers a broad selection of parts, accessories and custom assembled kits for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. We sell many different brands, including our own at the lowest price possible for our on-line customers.
All of our products are brand new and include all of the factory included accessories, including a full manufacturer\'s warranty, unless otherwise noted. In many cases, we use the manufacturers descriptions and photos in our listings.
Custom assembled items such as handlebar kits may have longer than normal handling times which gives us time to purchase the components and assemble these items for our customer.
