No cheap engine assembly by inexperienced shops. All our crankshafts are custom built by someof the #1 crankshaft rebuilders in the world. Every crankshaft is built with perfection.Cranks come indexed, trued and better than factory specs. All cranks are indexedwithin a 10th of a degree...very few shops are capable of that precision!
We have access tohundreds of newly re-plated cylinders from single cylinders to mono block twincylinders that are done by Millenium Technologies, one of the most respectednickel-plating companies in the world. For steel sleeve applications, we offerin house cylinder boring with perfect piston to cylinder wall clearances andperfect hone pattern for optimal performance.
Once engines arereceived they are fully dissembled, cleaned, and fully inspected. We inspecteverything, crankshaft bearings, rods, true, and index. Engine cases are fullyinspected for damage cracks or excessive wear in bearing journals. Cylindersare checked for pitting, scarring, and cylinder wear to see if it\'s out ofround or tapering. We do not charge for disassembly or diagnosing your motor.

*Sending in your core first thing will waive the corecharge. Your engine will be scheduledfor work in the order that it was received.Please call for lead time before shipping your engine to ensuresatisfactory turn around time.
*Photos will be taken when core is received and when newengine ships. These photos will beemailed to the customer for their records and to verify any damage
*Engine work not within complete rebuild parameters do notqualify for 1 Year warranty
