To International Customers: It's no mystery that the global pandemic has disrupted the mail system. As a result, shipping transit times can be unpredictable and take a very long time depending on what countries we are shipping to. At this point we have had too many impatient and irrational customers file claims with for reimbursement because many of our shipments don't include tracking, leaving us without the product and without the money.
