Description
If you own a 2007 to 2010 2.0L Pontiac Solstice GXP or Saturn Sky Redline Turbocharged vehicle you need one of these to save your engine!
Quickly and easily add an in line fuel filter to your LNF Kappa platform car with our ZZP Kappa Fuel Filter Kit. The LNF Sky/Solstice, and all subsequent direct injected cars from GM, did not come with a fuel filter post tank. While this solution may have worked when new, we have seen a rise in DI injectors and HPFP\'s failing because of debris. As your car ages and OE fuel system parts degrade, especially exaggerated with the use of ethanol based fuels, your fuel system might not be as clean as you think. One small spec of debris could lead to a locked up HPFP or a stuck open DI injector.
Installation is straight forward and simple, with the filter in the engine bay for simple service. Wehighly recommendthis kit when using our ZZP upgraded HPFP, but is a great addition to any LNF. Cleaning the filter is easy, just unscrew the driver\'s side (right) of the filter housing and slide the stainless filter out. Spray down the filter with brake clean and screw back in. We recommend checking and cleaning every oil change.
