This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: - Normal wear and tear.
- Accidents, misuse, neglect, or lack of proper maintenance.
- Natural disasters or other external causes.
- Unauthorised modification, disassembly, alteration, or repair by any person not approved by X-BULL (standard periodic maintenance excluded.
- Consumable parts and accessories – including but not limited to chains, chainsaw bars, carry bags, solenoid relays, ropes, batteries, hoses, grinding discs, belts, cables, wheels, blades, tubs, pads, and nets – are not covered once used, or if damage is caused by normal wear and tear.
How warranty claims are handled: - Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution we offer may vary. To help us resolve your issue quickly, we generally require photos to be sent by email. Once the fault is confirmed, we may send replacement parts to the customer. Other resolutions may also be offered to the satisfaction of both parties.
- Any replacement provided will be covered for the remainder of the original 12-month warranty period.
