Nice vintage and original Vel’s Parnelli Jones Ford Torrance CA License Plate frame and nice CA OEM blue plate which from the number appears to be a 1974 issue. This is the exact condition I found it in out here in a South Dakota quonset. Other than dusting it off the condition is as found. I don’t know the application of the license plate bracket - there were no 70s Fords in the building. Ask any questions. Thanks!
