Late 60s early 70s Rupp  scrambler restored everything taken apart, put back together the correct way to the best of my knowledge nothing is missing off of this minibike. Everything is there. It works as it should excellent 3 1/2 hp Tecumseh motor. I also have a dellorto carburetor with cable complete probably needs a rebuild on the carburetor. Don’t know I haven’t tested it so untested carburetor no guarantee I would rebuild it 10 inch mag wheels TC-1 torque converter gas tank is perfect. All the shocks work correctly. Trailing arms work perfect. Kickstand is perfect. Tires are an excellent condition. Seat excellent condition. Looks original to me foam looks original to me condition. Very nice bike. I know all about these mini bikes. I had many of them when I was a kid and I have another one as well, but I’m running out of room so here you go and I am firm on the price so don’t ask to lowball me I know what these bikes are worth.
