Just took this off my 2002 Ford Excursion 7.3l diesel. I installed a different airbox and no longer need this one. It comes with everything pictured. All the hardware plus 2 cone filters. It also includes the bolts for battery tray to body and screw clamp to hold battery in tray. Items are in good condition just need a good cleaning. It also has a prefilter on one of the filters but has a couple of holes it.
