The TiALSport 006667 MV‑I 2.5 Wastegate Actuator is engineered to deliver precision boost control in high‑performance turbocharger systems. With an 18 PSI spring preload and a straight‑rod linkage configuration, this actuator offers strong, consistent actuation for elevated boost pressures and aggressive tuning setups.
Its compact footprint makes it especially suited for installations where space is limited and geometry must be tightly managed — the approximate height of 2.2″ (without fittings) allows ease of fitment in many modern turbocharger housings. The high‑temperature silicone‑reinforced Nomex diaphragm and robust aluminium housing ensure reliability under extreme conditions.
Because this is a universal application part — not tailored to a specific vehicle year/make/model/engine — installation will necessitate adaptation of the mounting flange, linkage arm and vacuum/boost routing.
