The box was severely damaged so it was taken out to inspect. There is minor damage, due to poor packaging, you need to view all the photos seven and eight are the same end front and back side damage and photos 9 and 10 are the same end on the other bar front and end damage. All hardware is included but there is not a manual included. I can usually find a PDF copy of a manual and email it to you I have adjusted the price to account for the damage Amazon $279.95. be sure you have read the description and viewed all of the damage because a return will be at buyers expense. It has been repackaged with bubble wrap and double box and recycle packaging for safer shipping and delivery
