The OEM fuel pressure relief valve is designed to relieve pressure once the fuel rail gets above 27,000 psi. Some aftermarket tuning options allow fuel rail pressure to be raised above this point, causing the pressure to be wasted and bled off through this valve. The valve can also prematurely fail, causing loss of rail pressure even on stock rail pressure calibrations. This fuel rail plug from Rudy's will remedy any fuel pressure loss caused by the OEM fuel pressure relief valve. Common symptoms of a leaking pressure relief valve are trouble codes P0087 and/or P1011 and loss of power.

Shipping

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS as long as the product is not on back-order. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded to when the item has shipped. The address on your PayPal account MUST be verified. Rudy's Performance Parts does NOT ship to international or PO Box addresses. Should you purchase an item from Rudy's Performance Parts using an international or PO Box address, Rudy's Performance Parts reserves the right to cancel and fully refund your order.

ALL programmers bought from Rudy's Performance Parts will be sent with signature confirmation and any purchases over $500.00 may also be sent with signature confirmation. Upon delivery, if no one is available to sign for the product, the shipper (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) may attempt to deliver the merchandise another day OR hold it at a local hub for customer pickup.

Rudy's Performance Parts is NOT responsible for any packages that are damaged from shipping. ALL packages should be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged package, Rudy's Performance Parts will open a damage claim with the shipper and will refund or replace your product once the claim has been complete.

Rudy's Performance Parts ships products from multiple warehouses across the country in order to get your products to you the quickest way possible. Your order will ship from the nearest warehouse that has the product in stock. Please note that your order may come in multiple shipments/packages and your shipments/packages may arrive at different at Rudy's Performance Parts we are committed to customer satisfaction. Returns

ReturnsAll of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer?s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error caused by Rudy's Performance Parts or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. We will not be able to send out a replacement part without payment. You are welcome to pay for a replacement item and then receive a refund when the original item is received back, otherwise, we won't be able to send a replacement until the original item is back. If you are sending an item back, we recommend using a service with tracking and signature confirmation. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected.
