• All returns must be authorized and assigned with an RMA# from our customer service department before returning.
• For orders that are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 20% restocking fee.

• We do not offer local pick-ups. All orders are shipped directly from our processing facilities.
