The PowerTex PTLG48 is a Group 48/H6 automotive starting battery built with Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) chemistry — a direct upgrade replacement for lead-acid batteries in this group size, at roughly one-third the weight. It features a fully integrated Battery Management System (BMS) that protects against overcharge, over-discharge, and short-circuit, along with built-in jump-starting capability and Bluetooth connectivity for real-time monitoring through a smartphone app. Built with Grade A UL-certified cells and rated IP65/IP67 for water resistance, this battery is backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
