-Engines are completely disassembled cleaned, inspected
All rebuilt engines include new piston(s) and rings, new gaskets and seals, new timing chain (where applicable), water pump seal kit (if water pump is part of assembly), new oil filter, and new spark plug(s).
-Heads are refreshed or rebuilt with the valves adjusted. All heads are checked for trueness and surfaced or planed if necessary. All valves, guides and seats are checked and replaced if needed.-Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and quality in our products, in the event that you have an issue is a full 8 month mechanical warranty if or and a mechanical part fails in our rebuild. Our engines carry a 100% 60 day covered warranty within our warranty specs, we would get a return tag out and we would send another engine asap to get your machine back up and going, The first 60 days of warranty covers parts or exchange and labor (max labor coverage-$500, if installed by a professional shop in the industry).After the 60 days the next 6 months covers parts replacement(no labor ) all internal parts are covered under warranty specs Warranty specs
Our specifications on warranty replacement
- No overheat heat, nothing above 215 deg F, engines have heat tags that cannot be tampered with otherwise void warranty
- Intake ingestion from sand or debris, bad intake boot, it’s is your responsibility for installing new air filters as needed to keep your engine healthy, signs of Sand,dirt,etc will void warranty
- Oil changes are a must every 15-25hrs, bad oil will eat the camshafts and contaminate the oil system, if any signs of engine being ran on low oil, or very old used oil under tear down will void warranty
- During the Break-In Period (First 20–25 Hours)
- Some oil consumption is normal
-Check oil level before every startup
-Add oil as needed to prevent starvation
-Avoid steady RPM or sustained throttle
