WarrantyBy using your forgmcdauto product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the forgmcdauto Warranty as set out below. Do not use your product until you have read the terms of the warranty agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of the warranty agreement, do not use the product and return it within the return period stated in forgmcdauto's return policy (subject to restocking & shipping fees). Pxauto hereby warrants, to the original purchaser, that all auto parts & accessories contained in the original packaging against any defects in material and workmanship. All parts sold by forgmcdauto are brand new, serviceable, and functional. If an auto part is found to be defective within six months* from the original date of purchase forgmcdauto shall, at its discretion, provide either a one-time replacement part or a one-time refund. Auto parts which are returned for a reason other than warranty are subject to a 15% restocking charge. forgmcdauto is not responsible for, and warranty does not cover, any damages arising from a failure to operate the product within its intended uses. This warranty does not cover products purchased from sources other than forgmcdauto. No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question. Warranty does not cover parts installed for an incorrect application. Warranty and shipping damage-related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to Mechanic Diagnosis, Pictures or Video of damaged goods – do not dispose of parts until instructed. Failure to provide authenticating documentation could result in denial of current warranty claim and forfeit of future warranty. Please note that Struts and Complete Struts must be purchased in pairs (front or rear) or warranty is NULL & VOID. All warranty claims require a copy of your original purchase receipt, an image of the warrantied part not attached to the vehicle, and an image showing the part stamp, if visible, on the warrantied part. You may be required to return the part for inspection and you may be required to purchase a new replacement part while the warranty claim is being processed. Once the warranty claim has been reviewed and approved forgmcdauto will, at their discretion, provide you with a one-time replacement or one-time refund of the original purchase price.*Tonneau Covers, Fender Flares, Fuel Pumps, Wheel Spacers and Wheel Lugs are covered by a 90-day warranty. Wiper Blades, Gaskets and Filters do not come with any Warranty.

Shipping Method
All orders ship to USA address will be shipped via very reliable e-Packet shipping, e-Packet is a shipping program cooperated with , EMS China and USPS. Therefore, all USA buyers will received the USPS tracking number and our package average arrival schedule normally takes 7-18 days。 Item will be shipped within 2 working days after FULL payment is received. It is noted that Paypal pending payment (such as eCheck) may take up to 5 working days to clear.What we used is Chinese EMS or DHL, which may take around 5-10 days to arrive from the date of dispatch issued (This is for USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, EU, Asian Countries. For the other countries, it may take more time to arrive).
No Combine Postage
Combine postage is non available, even if you purchased several items per time, since AIRMAIL POST charges the postage based upon weight of the post, not quantity.
ReturnWithin 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return auto parts that:
Are in their original packaging
Have not been used, installed or disassembled
Are not damaged due to improper installation
Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
We will issue a full refund for any returned auto parts when your return meets the above requirements. Our warehouse is in California,you can return the item there.
If your order has been received and it is not what you ordered, or if your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days from delivery date. And you must contact us to request an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No return package will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All products are covered by our warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective, please contact us to have the product repaired or replaced. All of our products are covered by a 6-monthswarranty.
