The PPE 125068000 Transmission Fluid Thermal Bypass Valve will Add another measure of protection to transmission in your 2014-2018 GM truck or SUV. Increase fluid flow to the transmission cooler and cooling capacity with this billet aluminum PPE Transmission Fluid Thermal Bypass Valve for your GM 6L80 6-speed transmission.

The factory valve has restrictive internal passages and when the valve fails in the closed position, transmission fluid doesn't reach the transmission cooler. This failure can be caused by debris or mechanical failure. The result of OE valve failure can cause the transmission to severely overheat. The demands of towing and rigorous stop-and-go driving conditions shorten the life of transmission components without properly cooled transmission fluid. This 6L80 Bypass Valve removes the exceptionally restrictive mechanical factory valve, maximizing fluid flow to and from the transmission cooler.
For added protection, a Neodymium magnet-equipped drain plug with an O-ring seal has been included. The removable plug grabs ferrous debris and can be opened to remove particles from the system. The EO bypass valve does not have this feature.

Returns

ReturnsAll of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer?s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error caused by Rudy's Performance Parts or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. We will not be able to send out a replacement part without payment. You are welcome to pay for a replacement item and then receive a refund when the original item is received back, otherwise, we won't be able to send a replacement until the original item is back. If you are sending an item back, we recommend using a service with tracking and signature confirmation. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected.
