Needs rebuild. This came with other parts I purchased. I don't know anything about it. Spins freely. Ships with idler pulley as pictured. Also, Judson magneto. Looks like it's in nice, original condition. Been on the shelf for years, not attempt to clean either item. Both ship together. Always ask questions before offerding.
