Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label so we can file a claim with the carrier. For confirmed shipping damage, we can offer a partial refund or replacement, depending on the extent of the damage.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and must be approved by our customer service team before being shipped back.

To qualify for a return:

• -Wheels are not returnable once tires have been mounted. Test fit one wheel on the front and rear of the vehicle and rotate 360° to verify proper clearance before mounting tires.
