These OEM Hella Xenon Headlights for BMW 5 Series E39 1995-2000 are fully original units that have not been opened or tampered with. The bulbs have been changed over the years, but all are in working order. See images for function. The adjusters are broken on both sides, but the headlights are completely functional otherwise. Ballasts are still working as they should.
