Give your custom cooling system a clean, finished engine-bay appearance with this discontinued OBX Racing Sports / Forza RCT004 universal aluminum coolant reservoir kit. The compact rectangular tank combines a polished chrome-finish body, an external fluid-level sight tube, a threaded color-matched cap, and universal mounting components in one complete package.
This is an excellent option for custom cars, engine swaps, hot rods, race builds, and other fabricated applications where a universal coolant reservoir is needed. OBX / Forza originally described this product simply as a Universal Coolant Reservoir Tank. The exact cooling-system function depends on the plumbing and system design of the application. Every tank is inspected, matched to the selected cap color, and upgraded with a brand-new replacement hose before shipment.

The polished reservoir tank and kit components are the same for every variation; only the cap color changes. Each purchase includes one tank with one cap in the color selected from the variation menu. All three caps are not included with one purchase.

This is a universal custom-installation component, not a vehicle-specific direct-fit replacement. The installer is responsible for confirming available mounting space, hose routing, connection requirements, system design, and compatibility with the intended vehicle. Drilling, bracket adaptation, different fittings, or other fabrication may be required depending on the build.
Cooling-System Notice: OBX / Forza originally described this product as a Universal Coolant Reservoir Tank. The threaded cap uses an O-ring seal, no dedicated external vent / overflow port has been identified, and the manufacturer did not publish a pressure rating that we can verify. Kuku Performance does not represent this tank as an OEM-style pressurized expansion tank or as a conventional vented coolant overflow / recovery bottle. This is a universal custom-installation reservoir; the installer is responsible for determining the correct plumbing, venting requirements, and compatibility with the intended cooling-system design. Compare the listing photos, measurements, cap design, fittings, and plumbing layout with your application before installation. Professional installation is recommended when the correct cooling-system routing is uncertain. Legacy Packaging and New-Hose Upgrade: These are discontinued new-old-stock tanks from legacy OBX / Forza inventory. Outer packaging may vary between black OBX boxes and yellow Forza boxes, and older box labels may be inconsistent. We verify the actual reservoir and selected cap before shipment; the listing photographs and measurements identify the product being sold. Original packaging may show shelf wear, and polished surfaces may show minor handling or storage marks consistent with discontinued inventory. Any aged original hose is removed and replaced with a brand-new hose for the kit.
