OBX 72mm Billet Throttle Body Honda S2000 2000-2005 Cable Gasket TB11255
Up for sale is an OBX Racing Sports TB11255 72mm billet aluminum throttle body for compatible Honda/Acura cable-throttle applications. This is the 72mm version, engraved 72 on the body, with the actual bore measured and photographed so buyers can compare before purchasing.
- Bore Size: 72mm version, measured approximately 72.4mm ID at the inlet.
- Inlet Outside Diameter: Approximately 76.6mm OD as shown in the listing photos.
- Design: Billet aluminum mechanical / cable-operated throttle body.
- Mounting Flange: Four-point flange with approximate 65.1mm and 74.7mm hole spans shown in the photos.
- TPS Mounting Area: Approx. 47.8mm across mounting holes with approx. 33.5mm center recess ID. TPS is not included.
- Thread Details: M4 x 0.7 TPS-side threads and M3 x 0.5 side-mount threads as photographed.
- Included Parts: Throttle body, included gasket, 4 small screws, 2 washers, and only the hardware shown in the photos.
Vehicle Fitment: This listing is intended for 2000-2005 Honda S2000 cable-operated throttle applications. Do not use for 2006+ S2000 drive-by-wire applications.
Conditional Engine-Family Fitment: OBX identifies the TB11255 family for compatible Honda/Acura B-series, D-series, and H-series cable-throttle applications. Engine family alone does not guarantee fitment. Buyer must compare manifold flange, gasket shape, TPS mounting, throttle cable orientation, idle-air passages, bore size, and inlet OD before purchase.
Please Note: TPS, MAP sensor, IAC components, wiring, throttle cable, and vehicle-specific brackets are not included. TPS transfer, adjustment, calibration, manifold port matching, or additional modification may be required. This is a performance throttle body and should not be treated as a guaranteed plug-and-play OEM replacement for every B/D/H setup.
