* Due to specification changes, the following differs from the previous model listed in the 2013 catalog:* The reservoir tank is now accessed from the top.* Clamps without mirror holes and mirror hole filling bolts are not included.* The repair kit for replacement parts is different.
* Banjo bolt (M10 x P1.25) is sold separately.* Because the banjo bolt mounting position is on the bottom, it may be necessary to replace the brake hose (a stainless steel mesh hose is recommended for a more direct feel). Please check the instruction manual beforehand.
*For Kawasaki motorcycles and other vehicles using a switch box with the throttle cable exiting from below, the brake hose will come into contact with the switch box, requiring modification of the switch box and replacement with a slim high-throttle kit.
*Please refer to the main unit dimension diagram and be sure to check that sufficient mounting space is available. Installation is not possible on models such as the CBR600RR (03-05), GSX-1300R Hayabusa (99-08), Bandit 1250S (07-), and YZF-R1, as the master cylinder will come into contact with a part of the vehicle (such as the fairing) when the handlebars are turned.
*Please use a brake hose that does not come into contact with the bottom of the brake lever. (This may cause deformation of the brake lever and lead to a serious accident.)
*Do not use silicone-based DOT5 (BF5) brake fluid.
*When using the genuine brake hose, the brake hose may expand when the brake lever is operated, preventing the radial master cylinder from performing at its full potential.
*To reduce braking loss due to brake hose expansion, we recommend replacing with a GOODRIDGE or HIGH-SPEC LINE stainless steel mesh brake hose.
