These parts may be picked up in N. VA (exit 126 on interstate 95 midway between Richmond VA and Washington DC) or at my Spring (Q40-41) or Fall (N54-57) Carlisle PA swap meet spaces if pre-coordinated and you will be able to evaluate the part as well as saving on shipping costs.
