This small controller connects into your BMW's factory wiring harness and gives you full, on-demand command of the exhaust flap whenever you want it, without paying for a full aftermarket exhaust. It ties into the vacuum solenoid mounted in the trunk area to open and close the factory valve on command.

The install is plug-and-play with no cutting, splicing, or permanent changes to the car, and the connection is fully reversible, so you can return to a completely stock setup at any time.

Important Compatibility Information

This controller only works with BMWs that use a VACUUM-style exhaust valve. It will not function on electronic exhaust valve systems. Many BMWs share this factory vacuum flap across the 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 Series and X/Z models of the mid-2000s through mid-2010s, but confirm your car has the vacuum-actuated control unit before ordering.
