We try our best to keep our inventory as stocked as possible, howevernot all items are in always stock and may need to be ordered from the manufacturer/distributor prior to shipping and may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing. If we estimate your order will take 5+ business days before shipping we will do our best to notify you ahead of time.
Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping prices are flat rate. Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders may have an increase in shipping costs.We will notify you directly if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.
Domestic Shipments:Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS to the lower 48 states.APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped strictly via USPS.Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as the item leaves our warehouse.
International Shipments:All international orders are shipped via USPS. All International orders are subject to inspection and clearance through customs. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees incurred. Buyer is responsible for knowing their countries specific policies/procedures.
If a special shipping method is required please call us and let us let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns:
All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packaging materials. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your packing list with all returns.Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited back to the same account/card used for initial payment.
Return Shipping Instructions:
Return via prepaid UPS or USPS. Please insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions:
Enclose a copy of your packing list or e-mail invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to our warehouse.
