SHIPPING: Shipping information, tracking number, etc. will be emailed to you as soon as the shipment has been made. Customs fees (on orders shipped outside the 50 United States) are separate from the shipping fees paid through and are the responsibility of the buyer. The unit will be shipped via tractor trailer and cannot be shipped to a residential address.RETURNS: You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus our costs for Shipping and Handling. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and must be in new, resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.
