We ship using SpeedPAK Economy (primarily for U.S. orders), Japan Post (for many other regions), or FedEx/DHLif the paid upgrade option is selected.
- U.S. orders: By default we use SpeedPAK Economy for reliable delivery.
- FedEx / DHL options: Faster delivery is available with an additional paid upgrade upon request.
Customs & Duties
For U.S. customers:
Starting August 29, 2025, U.S. customs may apply duties/taxes to all imports, including items under $800.
However, when shipped via SpeedPAK Economy, it is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - all duties and taxes are prepaid by the seller, so no extra fees are required on delivery.
For EU customers:
Effective July 1, 2026, new customs rules apply to all imports under €150. You will be required to pay a fixed duty (approx. €3) plus a local postal handling fee upon delivery. These charges are the buyer\'s responsibility.
For customers in other countries:
Duties/taxes may be charged by your local customs according to your country’s regulations. These charges, if applied, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Additional Notes
Remote-area surcharges may apply for FedEx/DHL deliveries. If your address is in a remote area, we may request an additional $15 - $20.
