If you needto return an item, either due to a change of mind or a defect, follow thesesimple steps:

1.Get a Return Authorization (RA)
Call us or email to request a Return Authorization. Please call if the returninvolves a defective product.

2.Prepare the Item
Pack the item, including all accessories and manuals, in the originalpackaging. Use the original over-box to protect the product duringshipping.

3.Attach the Shipping Label
We will provide a UPS Authorized Return Service (ARS) label with your RAnumber. Remove or mark out any previous labels and attach the new labelsecurely to each package.

4.Ship the Package
Drop off your package at a UPS or USPS location. Keep your tracking number tomonitor the return.

5.Processing Your Return
Once we receive your package, we will process your refund or exchange within twobusiness days.

Returns are valid only within the 60-day period from the date of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

U.S. law prohibits marking items as gifts for return shipments.
