FITS NEW STANDARD, OLD DESIGN PORTLIGHTS
If your Lewmar New Standard portlight is leaking, sticking, or the seal is flattened/cracked, this is the replacement seal profile you need. This seal is sold by the foot to ensure you can fit to whichever portlight size your boat has. You will be able to cut and fit exactly what your portlight needs. Suggested length requirements for each model size are below. We strive to ship all orders placed before 10:00 am Central on the same day of order.
New Standard New Design portlights are typically found on Lewmar units built between 1997 to 2007. Lewmar did not publish an official switch over date, it was a gradual change. If unsure, message before ordering.

Recommended Add-On: Marine Grade EPDM Gasket Glue
For the cleanest finished installation, we recommend bonding the two cut ends of the gasket together with Marine Grade Cyanoacrylate Glue after trimming to final length.
Our Marine Grade EPDM Gasket Glue is designed for EPDM rubber, gasket seams, hatch seals, portlight seals, and general rubber repair. It dries in approximately 15–30 seconds, should be held/compressed for at least 30 seconds, and reaches full cure in approximately 6 hours.

These are aftermarket replacement seals made to fit Lewmar Standard portlights (seal not manufactured by Lewmar).
This listing is forNew Standard portlights only. These gaskets arenot interchangeablewith Old Standard portlights.
New Standard portlights have a single bar on the bottom of the exterior aluminum frame (see photos). Old standard will have two of these bars, one on either side of the exterior frame.

What you’ll receive:
1 continuous length of portlight seal in the selected style, cut to the number of feet ordered
Install tips (quick):
Remove old seal, clean the channel, dry fully
Cut seal to length, dry fit for confidence, then superglue ends together. Use specific rubber/plastic glue such as Loctite 406 for best results.
Dry fit new seal again once glued
Press the new seal in evenly using marine sealant (non-permanent)
For best results, avoid stretching the gasket during install
