Wiring harness allows you to wire in a GM coolant temperature gauge, and still provide a coolant temperature sensor signal to the PCM on LS series engines. Simply replace the CTS (coolant temperature sensor) on yourengine with a 3 wire unit (GM # 12551708), and plug the adapterharness in between your LS engine harness, and the sensor. The greenwire on the adapter harness can now be run to your original GM coolanttemperature gauge. Your PCM will continue to see a proper coolanttemperature signal. Will work with 99 and later LS series engines thatuse a 2 wire CTS, and with most GM coolant temperature gauges (1365-55ohm).
