Compare every replacement component with the original parts before installation.
If the vehicle uses a hydraulic release system, inspect it and bleed it correctly. Air in the system can prevent clutch disengagement.
Install the clutch disc in the correct direction.
Confirm the release bearing, fork (if the vehicle uses one), pilot bearing, and related transmission parts are in serviceable condition. Replace any worn part that is not included in this kit.
Follow the vehicle manufacturer torque specifications and installation procedure.
500-MILE BREAK-IN REQUIRED Allow approximately 500 miles of normal driving for proper clutch break-in. Avoid aggressive launches and high RPM clutch dumps during break-in.
