**Product Description:**
This is a high-quality replacement \"pull type\" internal handlebar throttle spiral sleeve. Designed for vintage Harley-Davidson internal cable setups, it reverses the twist direction on 1954–1973 throttles. It allows the use of modern braided pull-type cables and is commonly utilized when upgrading vintage bikes to Tillotson, Bendix, or Keihin carburetors where a cable pull action is required instead of a rigid wire push action.
