Damper is being sold as used, but has never been used,, it will have a scuff smudge or minor scratch as seen in pictures,,, it comes with the pulley as well,, it will have a scuff smudge or minor scratch on it as well as seen in picture.. the damper is missing “2” of the the bolts as seen in the picture,, none of the bolts has been torqued!! It comes with No warranty or return so please make sure it is correct for your application and you are good with these terms before ordering The damper is for The Holley Hemi mid Mount and the pulley as well!!!
