Special orders from MFG\'s can take longer depending on the manufacturer, availability and are accepted 30 days after the item is received. No returns accepted on installed items. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are shipped back, paid by the buyer, and must be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex.
