Shipping
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS based on the destination. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. For international sales outside US, It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery.Buyer pays shipping for return items regardless the reasons, and pay shipping new item if for exchanging.
Returns
All items must be returned in the same condition it was receivedwhich means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 15% restocking fees will be charged.Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date.
