Delivery details

1. All orders placed before 3pm (Eastern Standard Time) will ship the same business day.
2. Orders placed after 3pm (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the next business day.
3. All orders within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped free of charge via UPS, FedEx or USPS at our discretion.
4. Orders outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, or International orders) are subject to a shipping surcharge.

Return Policy

1. Customers must contact Aerosdrives within 30 days of receipt of shipment for return or exchange approval.
2. Returns and exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on the original purchase, plus return shipping and replacement shipping.
3. Exchanges due to shipping errors by Aerosdrives will not be charged a restocking or shipping fee.
