Installation Instructions

• Step 1: Disconnect Battery Power Before working on the vehicle\'s electrical dashboard array, disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent accidental short circuits.
• Step 2: Remove Exterior Control Knob Pull off the external plastic control knob from the old switch stem and unscrew the exterior dashboard retaining bezel nut.
• Step 3: Unplug Wiring Harness Reeach behind the dashboard cluster panel, pull out the factory multi-pin wire harness connector from the old faulty unit, and remove the assembly.
• Step 4: Position New Switch Insert the long metal stem of the new wiper switch through the original dashboard slot hole from the back.
• Step 5: Bolt and Secure Thread the retaining bezel nut back on tightly from the front face of the panel, push your plastic control knob onto the D-shaped stem shaft, snap the wiring pigtail back into the terminals, and test operational speed sweeps.
