We offer a limited 30 days comprehensive warranty on any item, upon the date the item is received. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees (exceptions apply, including dead on arrival etc otherwise a 25% restocking fee will apply. Please contact us to inquire how to waive the 25% restocking fees. (Items must be not opened in their original package. Any mark of installation, mounting, cutting, scratch or using will not be allowed.). Most aftermarket items do not come with instructions and professional installation for all items is highly recommended. OEM Direct will try our best to post more general installation guides or FAQ on our blog. Buyer assumes all risk on installation and usage. No exchanges will be issued on products that have been damaged or used improperly (Modified). A: All items ship within 1 business day after payment has cleared PayPal. Once the item ships UPS or USPS will automatically email the tracking information to your email address. A: If you did not pay with Paypal or your email provided for UPS/USPS is not valid you would not get a UPS tracking number. Also be sure you have checked your "junk" box as UPS.com/USPS.COM emails are sometimes treated as spam and may automatically be routed to Junk.
