I called forced inductions and got all the information from this particular build and so here is what they said.

I don\'t know what any of that means but apparently if you\'re looking for one of these you would know. The company told me this was a $2,800 Turbo and that it was purchased at the end of January this year.
So it\'s new it\'s clean inside it hasn\'t been used but clearly it has gotten banged up. This was probably a lost shipment or something like that so it got thrown in with other car parts the paint has issues here and there the there\'s some pitting and ouchies all around the circle Edge thing whatever it\'s called. Now the blade on the one side that has some of the middle notched out he said that is what they do to balance it so that\'s actually normal. I don\'t know how they\'re supposed to spin or if there\'s something with the bearings or the housing but he said any of that can be taken apart and fixed. The notched out side scraped a little and isn\'t as smooth as the other one so whatever that means. I have a video also I\'ll try to figure out how to put that on here.
