The 90 day period applies from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable. The limited warranty does not cover labor, damage from accidents or installation, alterations, misuse, or modifications not intended by the manufacturer.
All warranty claims must be authorized and returned prepaid to Spark Automotive for inspection and approval. This warranty does not cover expenses such as labor, towing, fluids, oils, or car rentals.
